SYNLAB reduces the coronavirus PCR test price

Thanks to continuous laboratory automation, increased efficiency in work processes, and lower purchase price of laboratory equipment and reagents, SYNLAB is to reduce the price of the coronavirus PCR test from tomorrow, 13 October. From now on, the PCR test will cost 45 euros instead of 58 euros.

With a family doctor’s referral letter, testing continues to be voluntary and free of charge for Estonian residents. After receiving a referral letter from a family doctor, each person can reserve a suitable testing time at any public testing point available in Estonia. More detailed information:

For paid testing, samples from nasopharynx or pharyngeal washings can be given at the following SYNLAB representative offices based on prior reservation:

  • In Tallinn at Töökoja 1, Mon-Fri 7.30-19.00, Sat-Sun 9.00-17.00
  • In Tallinn at Tammsaare tee 104a (in a parking lot behind Mustamäe Centre, mobile testing point), Mon-Fri 8.00-16.30 (lunch break 12.00-12.30), Sat-Sun 9.00-17.30 (lunch break 13.00-13.30)
  • In Tallinn at Mere pst 10 (Europark EP29, mobile testing point) Mon-Fri 11.30-20.00 (lunch break 15.30-16.00), Sat-Sun 9.00-17.30 (lunch break 13.00-13.30)
  • In Tartu at Raatuse 21, Mon-Fri 13.00-18.30, Sat-Sun 9.00-13.00
  • In Pärnu at Suur-Sepa 14 (separate entrance from the backyard), Mon-Fri 13.00-17.00, Sat-Sun 9.00-12.00
